This legal agreement outlines terms and conditions related to the usage of Superb`s Virtual Private Network services. Your use of the Services represents your agreement to these terms and conditions, as well as all possible future modifications of this agreement. We may change these Terms in the future so please check for updates on our site.
Further set forth in this document will be information about general acceptable and unacceptable usage of Superb VPN services. You agree to protect your user id/password and our system from unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions that occur on our servers where the login uses your user id/password.
You agree to respect all applicable federal, state and local laws concerning the use of Superb VPN services. Superb VPN does not allow using its service for any of the following purposes:
- Spamming, hacking or assisting others in such illegal acts;
- Illegal or unauthorized access to other computers or networks;
- Distribution of Internet viruses, worms or other destructive activities;
- Copyright, trademark, and intellectual property violation;
- Fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing or pyramid schemes.
All users that violate this agreement shall be subject to suspension or termination of account. The users are responsible for the proper secure configuration of their services and for any damages caused by their neglect or exposure of vulnerabilities whether intentional or unintentional.
Superb VPN is committed to your online privacy and security and we will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods including maintenance and repair, or a variety of factors beyond our control including: emergencies, third party service failures, transmission failure, equipment or network problems or limitations, natural disasters, interference, signal strength and other reasons.
We are not responsible for any data lost, not delivered, delayed or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communication services or networks. Actual network speed will vary depending on configuration, compression, network congestion and other factors such as ping latency (your distance from the selected VPN server). The accuracy and timeliness of data received is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.
We do not log, store or share any user activity (sites visited, DNS lookups, e-mails, passwords etc.). We only log access attempts to our servers (for security and troubleshooting), session durations and bandwidth used, and those are kept for 5 days. We do not give your personal data to any third parties. We do not cooperate with any requests for information unless we are ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction. All fraudulent activities may be reported to the respective police and related law enforcement authorities.
Superb has the right to stop or refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, while the customer may demand a cancellation at any time.
This company does not share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes, and we have implemented sophisticated safety mechanisms in order to protect this data from being lost, misused or altered in any way.
Superb VPN reserves the right to warn the customer, suspend him from the services or even terminate his/her use of our Services if his activities are in violation of our company, network or accepted Internet standards.
Your confidentiality is guaranteed. We will never log, monitor or release any information about you or your account to anyone except law enforcement personnel with the proper documentation and paperwork.
In case of terminating the use of our services for the customers who infringed our Terms of Service in any way, no refund will be paid.
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the Superb VPN support team for quick resolution via live chat or e-mail.
In case there are significant problems with your VPN package and you are still not able to connect even with the help of our highly professional customer support, we will refund 100% of your money within 15 days of your purchase. It is customers` responsibility to contact us for a refund. Requests made later than the 15 day purchase date will be denied.
